Do i need to bring a partner to train with? |

No, but sometimes it is beneficial in terms of motivation. You will always have a partner when it comes to the boxing side of training but in the case of odd numbers than someone will the trainer Pete. |

What if the weather is adverse and it’s raining outside? Do we still train? |
| |
Depending on the severity of the rain, I will usually send out a SMS to all participants to cancel if it is a heavy down poor but you should always assume that the class will run. If it is a light sprinkle then we will still go ahead with it. There is also a problem of location. As we train in North Beach, some people come all the way up from Shellharbour. It might be raining at Shellharbour but it might not be at North Beach so it will still commence unless i cancel. |

Do you cater for all fitness levels as i have an injury and/or am very unfit? |

Yes, the standard of fitness level set is always for the fittest person attending, however, this level can always be toned down. I provide easier options for those who are incapable of performing the highly rigorous exercises which still allows you to get a good workout, and at the same time allows the fitter participants to get a good workout too. |

Do I need to bring any equipment? |
| |
No, but when it comes to the boxing gear, if you have your own then bring it. This then leaves open a set of gloves and pads for those who don't have their own gear. However this does not mean that you have to buy your own set form a store just to attend my classes. All other training we do involves minimal equipment so all you need is a bottle of water, a towel and plenty of energy. |

I would like to attend but do you do any other times? |

Not at the current time, however, if you have a few friends and would like to form a group - I am happy to sit down with and work out a time that suits us all. |

What do I need to bring to a training session? |
| |
You must wear comfortable clothing to each session, it’s strongly advised that proper running shoes are worn and are in a good condition to minimize injury and maximize your workout.
A full water bottle must be brought to each session.
Any medication, puffers, insulin etc that you may require. |
