A.B.T classe runs every T hursday evening at 5.15pm
 

This class is targeted for women but is also great for the gents.

We will focus on the Butt, Abdominals and thighs to get them tight and toned. Using advanced pilates techniques and isometric training these classes are ideal for achieving the body you always dreamed of.
